Our chefs prepare menus for for all types of events including boardroom lunches, cocktail parties, banquets and gala dinners.

We can also create a customised menu depending on a particular theme or budget.

We can offer a flexible range of menu and beverage options including service alternatives and provision of a range of dietary requirements.

All of our food and beverage suggestions are complemented by presentation and design ideas.

These include everything from basic white china serving bowls to styled platters created from recycled wood, oven rattan, mirrors and perspex. Themed garnish ideas including fresh herbs and flowers can also be included. The choice is yours.

Food Stations

Themed food stations are a fantastic way to entertain guests at gala events, corporate dinners or a cocktail party.

Guests can view the theatre of hot dishes cooking, emphasising the fresh, authentic style of each theme. Our chefs can create a number of different themed stations which will be easily accessible for guests.

They provide a point of difference from the usual catering offer and can include themes such as:

  • Italian style pizzas cooked to order from a wood fired oven.
  • Freshly shucked oysters on platters with fresh citrus garnish.
  • Asian inspired dishes served 'teppanyaki style'.
  • Greek souvlaki bar serving mini souvlaki pitas made to order.
