Peter Rowland’s team of culinary experts, led by Executive chef, Neil Rocke, designs the menus to showcase local seasonal produce and carefully prepares each dish to ensure the quality is delivered every time.
You can select from one of our package menus to be served in any of the venues where Peter Rowland Catering is the exclusive venue manager or we can tailor a menu to suit your requirements.
Peter Rowland Catering offers a range of beverage packages, each designed in consultation with our Wine Consultant, Tom Carson, to ensure you have an appropriate selection of quality wines. You can also complement your wine selection with a spirits package or a selection of signature cocktails which can be served on arrival or throughout your event.

Peter Rowland Catering understands that some of your guests may have specific dietary requirements. Let us know of any requirements so that we can prepare specific meals for these guests. We always cater for up to 5% of guests requiring a vegetarian option.
We understand that entertainment is an important part of your event. Crew meals for your band / entertainers or production crew are available for a small cost.
