The Great Hall High Tea
Just a few minutes walk from the CBD, the Gallery is home to a collection of artworks that reflect many different styles and attracts thousands of visitors each winter for its Melbourne Winter Masterpieces exhibitions.
As a function space NGV International is truly unique. The Great Hall is a large capacity function area famous for its high ceiling which showcases a stunning stained glass design.
Persimmon is equally impressive. Overlooking the Grollo Equiset Garden, home to some of the Gallery’s most impressive sculptures, this venue is ideal for breakfast functions, dinners and cocktail events. Lighting design that complements the garden’s collection of art works is available for evening events.
Functions and events can be held in Federation Court, inside the main entrance next to the Waterwall, or in the decadent surrounds of the Tea Room on level 1.
Private viewings of the NGV collection can be arranged for NGV Corporate Members to add to the Gallery experience.

Great Hall
Great Hall features Leonard French’s stunning stained glass ceiling as the perfect backdrop for a memorable dinner or cocktail event. Pre dinner drinks can be held in Federation Court, beneath the glass ceiling or on the Terrace overlooking the Grollo Equiset Garden.
Persimmon
In Persimmon you are surrounded by windows overlooking the Grollo Equiset Garden and the moat. An oasis in the city, Persimmon is perfect for corporate breakfasts, intimate dinners or cocktail functions. Pre dinner drinks can be held in Persimmon or on the outdoor terrace overlooking the Grollo Equiset Gardens.
Clemenger
The Clemenger BBDO Auditorium at NGV International houses state of the art audio visual equipment. The auditorium can seat 250 guests with space in the North foyer for pre or post presentation refreshments.

Parking and Public Transport
Car parking is available at either The Arts Centre or Ballet Centre Car Parks.
Flinders Street Train Station is a 10 minute walk from the main entrance of NGV International. All Swanston Street and St Kilda Road trams stop outside the front of the building.
A taxi rank is available on St Kilda Road outside The Arts Centre.
