Port Melbourne Yacht Club – Rasha & Jason

Rasha and Jason began their afternoon with a beautifully styled ceremony on the deck at Port Melbourne Yacht Club thanks to a stunning collaboration by Weddings of Desire and Pepper Sprout Hire.

Rasha’s demi-couture strapless gown by Sydney based designer Lisa Gowing wowed guests as she walked down the aisle.

The sun shone brightly as the couple exchanged vows before guests mingled with drinks and the newly wed couple headed down to the beach for photographs with photographer Eric Ronald

Gorgeous deck furniture, including the walnut Bentwood ceremony chairs and reception dining chairs were provided by Place Settings.

The bride’s bouquet was created by the talented florists at Hello Blossoms, who also provided the floral arrangements throughout the ceremony and reception, in conjunction with Weddings of Desire who styled and themed the overall day.

Before officially opening the dance floor to sound of Heatwave’s upbeat tunes a little later on, the bride and groom cut their croquembouche which was later served to guests for dessert.

After enjoying pre-dinner canapés guests sat down to the three course meal at vintage styled tables, Rasha and Jason surprising their guests with a traditional belly dancer and drummer to start the festivities with many guests getting up to join in.

The bride and groom enjoy their first dance as husband and wife.
