Rippon Lea Estate – Julia & Cameron

It was almost 10 years ago that Cameron’s sister, Caroline, introduced him to a university friend, Julia, at a crowded bar in North Melbourne and little did he know that he’d met his future wife. The two shared an instant chemistry that eventually led them to their Spring wedding day.

These beautiful photographs are courtesy of Tania Savage.   The bride was dressed by Pronovias at La Sposa in a beautiful strapless fitted gown featuring a sweet heart neck line, an elegant fish tail and lace finish.

Celebrant Matt Finch officiated the late afternoon ceremony which took place on the Western Lawn at Rippon Lea Estate. The gorgeous ceremony styling was created by Brett Currell with seating and ivory carpet provided by Weddings of Distinction.

Talented wedding stylist and florist, Brett Currell also created these beautiful bridal bouquets.

After the ceremony the couple took time to have some photographs around the Estate’s stunning spring gardens.

Julia and Cameron were attended to by Caitlin, Caroline and Angela, John, Dominic and David, comprising of both the couple’s siblings and best friends.

After enjoying pre-dinner drinks by the pool, guests were invited into the Grand Ballroom at Rippon Lea Estate to join the couple in celebrating their day.

Julia reflects “It was just the most special day for Cam and I. It was everything and more we ever could have hoped for in every way. Dancing together at the reception and feeling the love that was in the room from all our nearest and dearest was wonderful and something to always remember.”

The bride shared a dance with her dad before the dance floor was open to guests.
