The 2018 Melbourne Food and Wine Festival saw Peter Rowland once again produce the Bank of Melbourne World’s Longest Lunch, bringing together great food, wine and a long lunch table like no other along the banks of the Maribyrnong river. We worked with the Peter Rowland team, renowned Victorian chefs, Jerry Mai, Adam D’Sylva, Kaylene Tan to create a three-course menu celebrating the diversity of cuisines in the ‘West’.
