Selecting the Perfect Wedding Menu

1. Notification

Make sure your guests are aware that you may need to lodge special dietary requirements or allergies with your caterer at least a few weeks before the day. You could choose to notify guests by adding a small comments box on RSVP invitations where they can write in their selected dietary requirements.

2. Diversity

Roaming cocktail menus are more adaptable to dietary requirements. When choosing roaming canapés, always ensure you have a gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and a vegan option.

3. Memories

What are some of the most memorable dinners you have had with your partner? Whether it was a bottle of rose from your holiday in St. Tropez or a chicken curry from Chin Chin, perhaps pay tribute to some of the most loved experiences you have had by selecting or requesting items that a particularly special to you. 4. Hot n Cold You may not be able to predict blizzard conditions, rain, hail or shine for your wedding but you can plan a perfect menu that balances both filling rich items and lighter options just incase the sun scorches all day long.   5. Creativity Supplement the standard menus with some experiential food ideas such as an icecream cart, a garden cocktail bar, a sweets stand or even a seafood ice display for an extravagant summer option.
