The Story Behind Entry #15: Goldfields Culinary Heritage
rafted by our talented culinary team at Sovereign Hill, Entry #15 pays homage to the rich food heritage of the Victorian goldfields while celebrating seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
The winning recipe features tender, slow-cooked local blade steak encased in a rich, velvety pepper gravy and baked to golden perfection within our signature buttery pastry. It brings a modern culinary twist to traditional 1850s goldfield dining.
