We’re passionate about food, having catered events for more than 58 years. Led by Group Executive Chef, Matthew Haigh, our chefs design and deliver bespoke menus for our wide range clients, providing many solutions. Whether it’s a wedding, conference, major event, or on-line catering, you can be confident that our food is quality, prepared with the freshest possible locally sourced produce. Our policy is to use local first - locally grown and locally supplied ingredients wherever we can.
